Default Pulling data from one sheet and displaying on another worksheet

I am trying to find out the best way to display a series of numbers that are on different rows on one line? For example: One worksheet has 5 lines each line has a number. These numbers need to be taken this worksheet and displayed in another worksheet from each line and displayed on one line with dashes to seperate them. No calculations needed I just want a combined display in one cell. if the numbers are:
452
251
632
123
322

then it would pull each line from this column and display in one cell on another worksheet and view as: 452-251-632-123-322

This is the first step of several things I am trying to do. I hope I can get some answers here! Thank you in advance!
