Dividing an Excel data report into even # of rows
I have an Excel (2007 or 2010 spreadsheet that has about 870 names. I need to divide the sheet somehow (by color, skipping line or separating data) into 32 parts/sections. This will be used to give the report to 32 people who will each have to contact approximately 27 names on the report. I'd like something that stands out within the spreadsheet so each person can go to the report and find their part/section or that I can send to each without manually cutting/pasting. I started manually doing this and counting 27 but seems archaic. Is there a way, simply to do this? Thank you.

It has 867 rows of information. I wanted to divide the sheet into even groups of 27 and show a separation at each group of 27. Then I would be asking each of 32 people to contact 27 of the names on the list. I.E. Board member Scott would call 1-27, Jeff would contact 28- 55, etc. until each of the 32 members would have their lists. Make sense? Thanks.

Dividing Excel Sheet into even sections for members to contact
Have a long list/spreadsheet and want to divide into equal parts (i.e. 27 for each of 32 people to contact names). I can do the math and separate but seems crazy. Attached in sample of just names (deleted personal information). Ideally, would like each group of 27 in different colors or separated by lines and then a separate note would show Section 1: 1-27, Section 2, 28-55, Thanks.
