Default Create check box to insert current time

I'm using Excel 2010 and need to create a check box that will insert the current time (24 hour format) into the next column.

I was able to create check boxes in the attached spreadsheet, but any time a single check box is updated (clicked or unclicked), ALL of the values in the next column change. Each check box should ONLY affect the value in that row.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks!
Doug

Excel recalculates all formulas every time a change is made anywhere in the worksheet. If you want to retain the time the checkbox was ticked you will need some VBA to replace the formula with a value.
