Default Plotting LARGE WALL CHARTS

I am attempting to print large (108" x 36") wall charts of historic data for the past 15 years in 4 ranges (3 are line and 1 is bar). The most desirable form is two graphs (one over the other) covering the same time span. Each range has 1 data point per day in each of 4 ranges.

1. It seems to display OK in the screen except that it cannot stretch to fit the postscript page size.
2. Also everytime I save and retrieve it, it shrinks all my axis titles to one point

The plotter being used is an HP designjet 5500ps 42 PS3.

Any assistance will be appreciated.
