Default Excel found unreadable content in file.xls. Do you want to recover the content of this workbook?

I have many excel files in my pc. Recently I reinstall the windows XP. After that when I tried to open excel files it always gives error “Excel found unreadable content in file.xls. Do you want to recover the content of this workbook? If you trust the source of this workbook click yes.
Most of excel files has corrupted.
