Is there a quick way to remove the dashes and parentheses from phone numbers?

I have thousands of contacts with phone, fax, and mobile numbers and I need to change the format for import compatibility with new software.

Current format:
xxx-xxx-xxxx and (xxx)xxx-xxxx



Software requires:
xxxxxxxxxx

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. It will take me days to change each cell individually.

I finally figured out an equation using the substition function and it worked like a charm.
