Question I cannot open hyperlinks/links in Excel 2010 - Windows 7

I am trying to add hyperlinks to cells in an Excel file I'm working with. The hyperlink is going to a web page. I added the hyperlink by right-clicking the cell, choosing Hyperlink, then filling in the URL next to Address. But when I try to click on the hyperlink afterwards, it says "Unable to open...No program is registered to open this file".

I even tried just copying the full URL into an empty cell and clicking on that, but still get the same message.

How do I fix this?
