Default WEEKDAY Function with Conditional Formatting

Hey Guys...

I have been trying for over an hour this morning to figure out how to do the following:

Conditionally Format a WEEKDAY function as follows:
Underline if the date falls on a weekend and to Return Monday as a 0.
I assume I need to create a New Conditional Formatting rule and use "use a formula to determine which cells to format" but I cannot get the return value correctly...

The data table is attached.

Thanks so very much!
