Hi Bryce

I can't open your file either, seems to be damaged.

I haven't got a mac, but wasn't Excel 2008 for mac unable to deal with vba? I think that was the version, which didn't support vba. Still in my opinion the file should open, though it might eliminate all codes in it.

Apache Open Office would be an alternative choice, but obviously you already tried.
