Hello!
I have a problem with Excel when I want to copy and paste. The problem is when I want to copy some cells out of specific worksheet (Big File), I can`t paste it in an other one. The next strange thing is that the copy paste function works on the first time when I open this file but then it does not work anymore. The copy paste function always worked but since some days ago it doesn`t! Please help ![]() Greetings Quadro |

Do you get any message at all when you try to copy the data. Also usually when copying data in Excel the range will be highlighted with a dotted line. Does this happen? and if so does the dotted line go away at any time?

Yes there is a message: Microsoft can not paste the data. Yes the Range is also dotted. The dotted line does not go away.

OK, I hate to mention the annoying troubleshooting but it sounds like it could be a memory issue. You said that the issue happened some days ago. Have you tried rebooting to see if your computer's resources are preventing the copying. (This can occur from your browser or other things) and if you have maybe the data that you are trying to paste is too much for Excel to handle. I had this happen with one range I was copying that was over 12000 rows by 50 columns. so I just copied and pasted half the data then the other half. Let me know if a reboot is not the issue. We will get this figured out.
