Excel Freezing - Process OFFLB.exe shows up
I have one end user that is having continuous problems with Excel locking up. When I went to see what was going on I noticed the OFFLB.exe process and ended it. This allowed me to make to more clicks before it reappeared and Excel locked up again.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application - nothing changed We have a networked HP printer that he is connected to, but so are several others and they are not having issues. Is there a way to disable or configure this so that it does not run?? Any advice or information concerning this would be much appreciated. Thanks, Tom |
