Unhappy Dashboard

Hi, I am trying to set up a dashboard with an input table for 10 kpi's for 5 teams.
these are measured on the 1st of each month. so the first 2 columns contain:
Team name (e.g. Team A, Team B) next the month (e.g Jan-14), finally columns for each KPI.
Using Vlookup and Offset I can set it up so the table contents can then feed graphics, but I need to be able to do this using 1 input table which will feed a single report with possibly 2 validation lists one for the team and then one for the month so the offset can then by using a slider control produce quarterly graphics for each of the KPI's.

I have attached an example for anybody to take a look.
