In Excel 2007 simply go to the tab Insert and press on Picture button in the Illustrations section.
You'll get a new menu and you have the opportunity to choose the picture you wish to insert into the spreadsheet. After this you'll have the opportunity to edit the picture through Picture Tools (which become visible if you click on the picture; they show as a new tab). Kristiina
