Default Cost of Investment with assumptions

I need to calculate the cost of a $10,000 investment for a 1, 3, 5, 10 year period. However there are many different variables. In the attached workbook there is a fee structure tab & an investment cost tab. Expenses are considered the same and I would like to reference cell F3 in the fee structure tab. Also, there is an initial sales charge that takes place in year one only and is the first transaction to take place cell G3 in the fee structure tab. Does anyone know how to calculate this costs for going forward into years 3-10? Any help is appreciated.
