If the value in cell D10 is greater than 100, the in Cell E10 I want "Exception" printed in Red and I want Exception to continuously blink off and on.
In Lotus 123 this could be done (i.e., the word Exception to blink) Question: Is there a way in Excel 2013 to make the value in Cell E10 blink off and on? If so, please explain how. Thank you |
