Hello dears
i was created a new excel file in my desktop and filled it by data from another file (i copied it as value) but when i open it give me in the first open (contacting to \\ammjoc01\control dept\.....)where this path doesn't in my work network and the file is local file and not shared to anyone [IMG] ![]() [IMG] ![]() |

If I understand you correctly, when you open the file and it prompts you to use links choose Edit Links and remove them. This should resolve your issue. Tony |

Thanks for reply
but i want to explain more... no links are exist in excel file data no reference to any other file or sheet its contain only data and some mathematical formula the file is opening correctly without errors but i'm afraid of this appearing path where its not in my local network i found this path on name manager as shown below is that the purposes ![]() |

There must be a link somewhere in your file which is why it is giving you that message. If you are able to save the file as an Excel 2010 file and send me a copy I will take a look for you. Tony |
