hi. first of all i should say im very beginner in excel. I have a file that as you can see in attachment, it has one column. some of the cells have same contents, e.g. " department of pediatrics ". I'd like to know if it is possible to know that how many of same cells there are ? i mean, i wanna know how many times " department of pediatrics " is repeated ? i need to do this for each cell. if it can't be done by excel, is there any other software that can do this ?
thanks for your help |
