Default struggling with Excel formula

Hi can someone please help me.

I have attached a file to this. what im trying to do is this;

Using row 3 as an example;

I would like cell O3 to draw from ='16102-14'!$M$27 When S3 is blank. however when S3 has a value I would like O3 to state the value of S3 multiplied by the % value in cell P3 as is stated when S3 is Blank.

I hope this explanation makes sense.

any questions let me know.

Thanks

=IF(S3="",'P:\PRODUCTION\INTAKE\GRADING SHEETS\2014\[Grading Sheet Week 16.xlsx]16103-14'!$M$27,S3*P3)
