Default page scrolling

on the chart shown I would like to be able to scroll the page up from where it says oventrop so that I do not loose the headings. I have done this once a few years ago and have forgotten how. Also is it possible to scroll along the sizes at the same time?

Yes you can.

On the top right, under the formula bar, is a little doohicky that you can slide down to put a "pane" on the sheet. There is likewise another on the bottom right that you can slide to the left.

You can leave them like that but I like to freeze them in place. To do that: View:Freeze Panes:Freeze Panes.
