Default Referencing data from one sheet to another

Here is my issue;

I have a sheet (sheet 1)
And in the Column A
I have a bunch of names that repeat

And it's the same for each month
The names are different.

What I want to do is have a sheet
With all the names I enter
And have my sheet 1 refer to the sheet with all the names.

Is it possible?

Thanks
