Default 2 users see margin changes only on their computers

We use a spreadsheet for developing loans. I can open and print all of them just fine and so can almost all of the other employees. We have two people, though, that have the margins change when they open them. I can open it and have it be just fine, close it, they open the exact same file and see changed margins.

Example - The application page is normally two pages long. If they open it and try to print it will be three pages long. They can make changes, save it, I can open it and will print on two like normal.

Any suggestions on how to change that. I don't want them to have to do a fix on each spreadsheet. I am looking for a complete, one-time-only fix.

Just a shot in the dark, but do these two users in question print to a different printer than you and the others?
It could be printer properties that is causing the changes. For example, the printer they are using might be printing to a legal letter size where the printer you are using is (for argument sake) printing to A4.

Default Sadly, no

Both of them use the same printers as other Document Assistants.

I have had issues at my business with print-outs being affected between different users when the print drivers are old. Maybe someone from IT should get the latest print drivers for the printer and ensure that these are installed on the 2 peoples PC's.

Default Possibility

I will have to check on that. One computer just got a new profile on it. The previous Doc Assistant retired and the new hire uses that computer which was fine. The other Doc Assistant has the newest computer in that office.

Probably going to check with the spreadsheet developer to see if they have any suggestions.
