How to conditionally format this?
Hey everyone, I have a weird automatically created excel that I need to do some conditional formating on.
Basically, there are different locations that need to respond to us 3 times a day at 4 10 and 6. The excel contains the facility name and the time and date of response. Now, what I'm trying to do is format this so that if there are more or less than 3 responses per day, I want to highlight that group of rows. I have no idea how I can possibly do this programmaticly. Any ideas guys? |

Can you attach a sheet?

Here I've made a sample possible solution (though it's not exactly what you want).
There is a data table with [Facility] and [Entered]. Then there is a tally table that lists all the facilities and the number of responses they each have for any particular date. If the count is less than 3, it is highlighted. |
