want to put ID no from worksheet ID no master.....

hope you are doing well.I need a help.
My problem is:
Suppose i have the 2 attached file. now i want to put ID number thats are in column D of excell workbook 'ID No master" in column F of workbook "asia 30" if minimum 4 or more alphabet/Character of bank name and branch name (column C & D)will match with column C & D in workbook 'ID No master". Please note that the spelling of bank name and branch name in worksheet asia 30 may differ slightly from time to time as i get them daily basis from different customer.
