Excel '07

I know that when opening page setup while in print preview the sheet inputs for the print range, even though established, do not show. And in particular, the input area for sheet range and rows to repeat are grayed and will not except a 'click' to start ants.

However, working with my wife at the moment on a workbook with many tabs (all of which I already established repeating rows), I'm running into an anomaly (for me).

We had missed setting up the repeating rows for first spreadsheet. But regardless of how I have tried and in what view I cannot get the sheet input area to go 'un grey' so as to allow for the input of repeating rows.

Any ideas?
