Insert editable chart into worksheet

Hey team,

Thanks to all the Excel guns who help out on here

So, I would like to insert a chart into sheet as shown here, and be able to add to it.

Excel or other program for inserted chart is fine.

Possible to do this?

The small chart shown is just a jpg, can't do much with that.
