Hi. I have embedded 2 Excel charts into a word document that are generated from the same data. When I edit data on one chart, I want that chart and the second chart to update automatically. At the moment, only the chart I'm selecting to edit data on is updating.
Is this possible? |

Are these charts linked to an external Excel file, or in a worksheet embedded within a Word document? If linked to an external Excel file, copying the charts from there and using Paste Special in Word with the Paste Link option for both charts will keep them synchronised; otherwise you could bookmark one and use a cross-reference to that bookmark for wherever you want the copy to appear. The cross-reference can be updated via Ctrl-A, F9.
