Question Unicode Encoding Type

Hi,
I use MS Office Excel 2007. I want to set the encoding option of the csv file as Unicode. I want to save unicode contents to the file.
Where can I find this option ( Encoding type ) in the Excel application. This option is usually seen in Notepad where we can select the encoding type. It is usually found in the Save As dialog.
Is this feature available? If so, I want the steps for the same.

Also when I save unicode data of the csv format, all the contents get saved in a single cell of the excel sheet. I set the encoding type from MFC (VC++). Is there any difference in the way csv format unicode data is recoginized in MS Office 2007?

Kindly clarify.

Thanks.....
