Default divided circles

There is a way to make a percentage completion diagram to input in excel. I've forgotton where it is and how to do it.
It is a circle divided in quarters and for percentage complete, it gives options for 0, 25, 50, 75, and 100% it auto fills the selected percentage.

Thanks in advance

This is what I'm looking for. I drew these in paint but you get the idea
