I can no longer open Excel in Multiple Windows

Default I can no longer open Excel in Multiple Windows

I am still using Office 2000 on a Windows XP machine. All of a sudden, I can no longer open multiple individual Excel windows and, using Alt + Tab, tab between each one. They all now open in just one window.



Can anyone tell me if I have turned something on that I shouldn't have?
