Default How do I change the page number order?

I have a worksheet as shown in the file attachment. It has 4 pages for printing.



1) Excel put it in this order, on the left, up to down, page 1 to page 2 on the right, up to down, page 3 to page 4. How do I change the order so that the page arrangement will be:
on the top, left to right page 1 to page 2, on the bottom, left to right page 3 to page 4

2) I need to add some new contents into this worksheet and they have to be on a separate new page so that this new page will become the 1st page of this worksheet. I tried by just right-clicking and selecting 'insert new page' on the current 1st page, but it messes up the whole worksheet.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Assuming you are using 2003 as indicated go to File - Page Setup - Sheet tab - Page order - Check "Over then down" - OK

thx! have done that but still can't insert a new blank page to replace the current 1st page. everytime i do that, excel messes up all contents on other pages.

By carefully adjusting the column widths, I have set the 1st page to include columns A to Z and rows 1 to 67. So, in the 'Over then down' page setup, the 2nd page is from AA1-AZ67.

That's good but my current excel window is displaying too many 'pages' across the work sheet. It just looks like that the worksheet now has an infinite number of columns.

How do I select the worksheet to include and display only columns A to AZ so that the printing goes over two pages and then down?

And, how do I choose to highlight the lines delineating the pages on the worksheet, preferably with watermarks showing the page number on each page?
