Won't work using the conditional formatting.....and I'm not versed at all in VBA to construct it.

All of my dates are from 1/1/14 in "a4" down to "a369" ending with 12/31/14....I've selected the row (I started with row 3), in CF put =$a3=today() and nothing occurred.
