Default Excel 2013 Fies open in a small window

When I open an Excel file, sometimes it opens in a small window and I need to maximize. How do I get files to always open maximized.

Hi and welcome

I 've got the same problem and except double-clicking on the upper part of the window I wouldn't know. So if anyone out there has an idea?
