Default Calculated field in PivotTable not doing as expected

Please see attached file.

I have lots of projects. Each project has a due date and an actual end date. I have a calculated field which shows whether the projects ended before their due date (i.e. they met their deadline).

For each end date, I want to summarise the number of projects that met their deadline.

My calculated field does not work. Could you please explain how I can modify my calculated field to get the desired result (which I have shown together with the incorrect result).

Thank you
