Default Creating multiple conditional rules on one column

there are 3 different age intervals. consequently the lab result of the older children are prone to show high interval. the age between 0-3 shows results between 60-360 whereas the age between 3-9 shows results between 100-600. we seperated them according to their intervals of the results however as the interval varies there may be an overlapping interval. We need the excell to show us the optimum result and indicate if the result is abnormal for that interval yet

normal for another interval.

Group A 200-900 normal
Group B 60-360 normal
Group C 120-600 normal

If i write A 150 it needs to show black, but if i write same value with A that must be yellow.
