Save a table as a template and use frequently

Hi everyone,

I am using small tables many times daily and i am trying to "save" these tables as templates and just "paste" it with a shortcut so i can quickly calcluate something and then delete it.

Although sounds pretty simple and common i was not able any information about this, any help is greatlly appreciated.
