I have the right version of Excel, but I looked at that template and threw my hands up in horror (no, not literally ); the formulae used there are quite a challenge. I still hope someone smart will look at this—Pecoflyer seems to be good with array formulae, which is what your template is using—but if no one else will tackle it, I'll try to get to it later today.
