Excel to Outlook imports
I have to import a series of non-standard reocurring appt for 3 years. To do this, I exported an appt from Outlook 2010 to a CSV file. This gave me the Outlook field names (columns) for each piece of data recorded in the Outlook appt.
I then enter the relevant data for each field (column) and imported the CSV file into Outlook. It worked great - all 3 years or 36 individual appts were entered in my calendar. However the "RequiredAttendees" field, while populated with a valid e-mail address did not come through. It is not in my appt and thus the person I wanted to invite to this meeting did not get the appt.
Does any one know how to solve this? I tried to import to the Outbox, thinking it may have to be sent to the invitee, but that did not work. I tried sending it to the sent folder, that too did not work. Any suggestions.
