On my machine it is giving a yes-or-no answer; that is, it's giving a Yes answer about 1213387, and about 1234567 as well (which I entered just to be sure).

The problem is that 1213387 is in 'Automate Que'!I:I, but 1234567 isn't, so the two should be giving different answers. I figured it out: In 'Automate Que'!I:I the invoice field is numeric; in 'Sales Invoices'!E:E they're formatted as text. Forget what you typed into the second sheet, check the formatting on it. Excel is looking for a character string in a list of numbers, and not finding a match. You'll need to make them match—make the second sheet numeric in col E, would be my guess, but at any rate they have to be the same in both places.
