How to automatically sum in excel for filtered data
I want to sum the total amount of hours worked for a project chosen from drop-down menu.
My screenshot is as below Total Worked Hours for Project No 4 will be the total hours worked for project no 4 Thanks in advance |

Msi, judging by your screen shot it seems to me you want the SUMIF function. Look up the help info on it; I don't use it much, but the general idea is that it'll look at two columns, and wherever in one column the value matches your drop-down selection, it'll add up the values in the other column.
