![]() Is there a way to set a conditional formatting for a change in the number for example one cell A1 has 100 B1 50 C1 100. So the 100 would be green but the 50 would be red because there was a change in score which was a decrease. |

Select the range starting in B1 and try =A$1>B$1 for the red condition and =A$1<=B$1 for the green condition

Thank you. This work...but I am trying to apply it to more than one row. I will eventually have about 40 rows. I tried applying it past the first row and it is not working.

Thats is because I assumed ther was only one row.
Just remove the $ signs from the formula and then change the range(where you have to keep the $ signs of course) You do not have to create a CF row by row !

I have one more thing to add....if there is no number in the field to report...is there a way to record 0 as a white cell? Not red or green.

You could add a condition like =A1=0 applied to the range and formatted as " no fill".
Just make sure that condition is the las of the three ( use the arrows in the CF Rules manager to end it to the last place
