Close the gaps with Bar Graphs

I have data in my bar graphs were some of the data has no value. The bar graph is set up with 4 different categories on the x axis and several on the Y axis. Some of the categories in Y Axis do not have data. When I plot my Bar Graphs there are gaps. Is there a way to fill in the gaps?
