Hi Deb,

Can you attach a copy of the mailmerge main document you're using to a post (delete anything sensitive)? You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab.

Hi Paul,
I think I uploaded the correct ones. I gave you a good one and a bad one. Is there any way to tell if the Next Record has already been added in without having to go out and start all over again after I have selected the recipients? Thanks, Deb

Hi Deb,

Your '2nd try' document definitely has a «NextRcord» field after the second label. It's hard to see, though, because it's formatted as 1pt Garamond. If you open the document and press Ctrl-End, then Backspace 3 times, that should delete the field.
