Default Display if search criteria is not met

Column A of worksheet "Records" is titled UserID and contains individuals UserIDs (combination of letter and number)

Column A of worksheet "Developers" is titled UserID and contains individuals UserIDs (also combination of letter and number)

I am looking for logic that will search column a of "Records" for UserIDs that are in the Developer worksheet column A and display only records where UserIDs ARE NOT found in the Developer worksheet

Hi
Have a look at the attachment. Basically I have created a VLOOKUP in Column A of the Records sheet to see if the User IDs match the Developer sheet entries. If not column A will show #N/A. I have then created a filter just to show the #N/A entries only.
Then behind the Developer tab I have added a small piece of code that automatically re-filters the Records sheet so that it only ever shows records on the Records sheet that do not appear on the Developer tab.
Let me know if this is what you are after.
Good luck.
Tony
