Customizing Ribbon in Excel
I have Office 2010 and when I create a new workbook and customizes the ribbon (with macro buttons, for example) the customization automatically carries over to all workbooks. I.e., if I create a new workbook the macro buttons are there. |

Hi Mixer
You have explained what is happening but what you have not explained is what your "issue" is . Tony |

Tony - thanks for the response. If I create a macro in a given workbook (not the personal workbook) and add a macro button on the ribbon, that button and the macro appear in all workbooks both old and new. I only want the macros and buttons I create to apply to the workbook in which I created it.
