Default Automating code in Maco

Hi All,
I have a code that takes information from a few sheets in a workbook and transfers it to a few other workbooks on the Network. When I run the Macro a dialog box comes up that says (Do you want to overwrite file?).
Yes No Cancel
I understand why it does it because I am overwriting a file.
Is there a code that I can insert into my code that would click the Yes button so I don't have to say yes every time it pops up.
Thanks in advance!!!

Try
Application.DisplayAlerts = False

Before you exit
Application.DisplayAlerts = True
