Default Adding fixed % to different dollar values?

Is it possible to add a fixed percentage say 10% to a column of of different dollar values? For example, let's say you have three items listed in a spreadsheet in the usual way with item name, description and pricing but each item has different price like 25, 56 and 34 dollars, is there a way to add 10% or whatever fixed percentage to all three dollar amounts insetad of having to add the 10% to each one manually?

Yes there is. In an empty cell, enter 1.10
Copy this value
Select the cells to multiply
Right click - Paste Special- Multiply - OK

EDIT here is a similar example you should know of http://www.excelforum.com/excel-gene...54#post2831654

Oh, got it, I had to click on Paste Special and not simply hover the mouse over it to see the Multiply option, thanks.
