Delete Blank Rows (Cyrillic Text in Spreadsheet )

Hi, I wanted to Delete Blank Rows in SHeet, and found this solution:

It works fine but only if I use text with Latin Alphabet in spreadsheet. With Cyrillic text in spreadsheet it does not work. I receive error "No cells were found" when I try to select blank cells (CTRL+G ->Special->Blank-> OK)


Can anybody help me to use this solution with Cyrillic Alphabet?
