I wondered if I could have three different headers within one sheet. For example, I have a staff schedule for three different shifts in one sheet. I would like to have the headers "Nights", "Days" and "Evenings" for each of four pages (monthly). The shifts populate sequential weeks to the right. The reason all shifts for the month are in one sheet is that many staff work variable shifts and when scheduling it is important to be able to reference all shifts.

If I understand you correctly you could set your page up to have a 3 columns set up with fixed widths and in your header you can space your header so that you have DAYS, WEEKS, MONTHS correctly spaced over each column.
