Default calculation if either of two fields is entered

I have two columns one with a design or measured flow rate in litre/hour and one in litres/sec. How do I set my sheet up so that if either value is entered it will calculate and enter the other?
ie
l/hr l/s
75 0.021

Hi BritBiker2
Can you post a sample of your worksheet so I can take a look for you.

Thanks for your reply OTPM
Hopefully I have uploaded a copy of the sheet as you asked. The two columns concerned are those in red

Hi
Here is one suggestion:
A B C D
Input Output
l/h l/s l/h l/s
60 0.520 1872 0.017

In columns A and B you have your free text input i.e. you enter the figures.
In column C and D you have your calculations for l/h and l/s.
When you change any entry in columns A or B your output columns are then automatically recalculated.
You could also lock columns C and D so no one can change them by accident.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
Tony

Thanks for your suggestion but I might be having a bad day as I am sorry to say it makes no sense to me.

Hi
See attached workbook with it set up in columns O, P, Q and R.
Change the figures in columns O and P and columns Q and R will recalculate.
Hope this is what you are after.
