Default column clustered bar graph with a line graph as secondary axis

I need to create a clustered column bar graph with a secondary axis as a line graph.

the clustered column graph will have 7 categories and will be by month. The clustered column will each have a score. I need to create a secondary axis which needs to show the correlation of the score. How do I arrange the data?

Cat 1 Cat 2 Cat 3 Cat 4 Cat 5 Cat 6 Cat 7
November
9.26 8.97 9.34 9.05 9.16 9.47 9.34 score
0.4 0.26 0.43 0.69 0.62 0.28 0.2 correlation

Cat 1 Cat 2 Cat 3 Cat 4 Cat 5 Cat 6 Cat 7
December 9
.31 8.65 9.24 9.01 9.20 9.27 9.50 score
0.2 0.13 0.23 0.39 0.61 0.29 0.2 correlation

How do I arrange the data? How can I get the Horizontal axis to be nov and december with the categories in the clustered bar graph with the score and have the correlation as the secondary axis?
